Warranty

The Arvelo commercial warranty applies to eligible defects in materials and workmanship occurring during normal use of the e-bike.

The warranty period starts on the date the e-bike is delivered to the original customer.

Depending on the nature of the issue, an approved warranty solution may include repair, replacement of the affected component or another appropriate remedy.

The original structural frame of your Arvelo e-bike is covered for 5 years against eligible defects in materials and workmanship.

Damage caused by accidents, impacts, improper use, overloading, unauthorised modifications or inadequate care is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Original components of your Arvelo e-bike are covered for 2 years against eligible defects in materials and workmanship.

Depending on the model, this may include components such as:

• Motor
• Controller
• Display
• Charger
• Electrical system
• Braking system
• Drivetrain components
• Suspension components
• Lighting system

The original battery supplied with your Arvelo e-bike is covered for 2 years against eligible manufacturing and material defects.

Lithium-ion batteries naturally lose some capacity as they age and go through charging cycles. Normal reduction in battery capacity resulting from age and regular use is therefore not considered a manufacturing defect.

Battery performance can also vary depending on temperature, assistance level, rider weight, cargo, terrain, storage conditions and charging habits.

The Arvelo commercial warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Normal battery capacity degradation
• Accidents, collisions or external damage
• Misuse or neglect
• Exceeding the stated load limits of the e-bike
• Improper maintenance or storage
• Unauthorised modifications
• Incorrectly installed or incompatible accessories
• Use contrary to the instructions supplied with the e-bike
• Cosmetic wear such as scratches or paint damage

Consumable and wear components such as tyres and brake pads naturally require replacement through normal use. However, genuine manufacturing or material defects may still be eligible for warranty coverage.

If you believe your Arvelo e-bike has developed a fault covered by warranty, please contact us before arranging a major repair.

To help us assess your claim quickly, please provide:

• Your name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Your Arvelo model
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the problem where possible

Our team may request additional information to diagnose the issue and determine the appropriate solution.

If an eligible defect is confirmed, Arvelo will determine an appropriate warranty solution based on the nature of the issue.

This may include supplying a replacement component, arranging a repair or providing another appropriate remedy.

Please do not dispose of defective components or arrange major repairs before receiving instructions from Arvelo, unless a repair is immediately necessary for safety.

The Arvelo commercial warranty is provided in addition to your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

It does not replace, restrict or reduce any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
