Arvelo Warranty

At Arvelo, we design our e-bikes for reliable everyday use. Every Arvelo e-bike is backed by our commercial warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

5-Year Frame Warranty

The original Arvelo frame is covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This coverage applies to the structural frame of the bicycle and does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, overloading, corrosion resulting from improper care, or modifications to the frame.

2-Year E-Bike Warranty

All other original components of your Arvelo e-bike are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This includes, where fitted:

  • Motor

  • Battery

  • Controller

  • Display

  • Electrical system

  • Charger

  • Braking system

  • Drivetrain components

  • Suspension components

  • Lights and other original electrical components

The warranty period starts from the date the e-bike is delivered to the customer.

Battery Coverage

The battery is covered against manufacturing and material defects during the applicable 2-year warranty period.

Normal reduction in battery capacity over time and through regular charging cycles is considered normal wear and is not regarded as a manufacturing defect.

Battery performance and range can also vary depending on temperature, rider weight, assistance level, terrain, tyre pressure, load and riding conditions.

What Is Not Covered?

The Arvelo commercial warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tyres, brake pads and other consumable parts worn through normal use

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or paint wear

  • Damage caused by accidents or collisions

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper storage

  • Damage caused by exceeding the stated maximum load capacity

  • Damage resulting from incorrect maintenance

  • Damage caused by incompatible or improperly installed accessories

  • Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications to the bicycle, electrical system, motor or battery

  • Damage caused by external influences that are not attributable to a defect in the product

Wear parts may still be covered where the issue is caused by a manufacturing or material defect rather than normal use.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Arvelo e-bike has developed a fault covered by warranty, please contact us before arranging any repair.

Please provide:

  • Your name

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • The model of your Arvelo e-bike

  • A clear description of the problem

  • Photos or video showing the issue where possible

Our support team may request additional information in order to diagnose the issue.

If the problem is covered by warranty, Arvelo will arrange an appropriate solution. Depending on the nature of the defect, this may include repair, replacement of the affected component or another appropriate remedy.

Do not dispose of defective components or arrange significant repairs before receiving instructions from Arvelo, unless this is necessary for safety.

Repairs and Replacement Parts

Where a repair is required, Arvelo may provide replacement parts or arrange repair through an appropriate service solution.

Replacement components may be new or equivalent replacement components of comparable specification where the original component is no longer available.

A replacement component does not restart the original commercial warranty period unless required by applicable law.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

For e-bikes purchased through an authorised Arvelo retailer, you may be asked to contact the retailer from whom the bicycle was purchased.

Geographic Coverage

This commercial warranty applies to Arvelo e-bikes sold to customers within the markets in which Arvelo officially offers its products.

Warranty service arrangements may vary depending on the customer's country and location.

Your Statutory Rights

This Arvelo commercial warranty is provided in addition to your mandatory consumer rights.

Consumers in the European Union benefit from statutory rights regarding goods that are defective or do not conform to the sales contract. These legal rights are not restricted, replaced or reduced by this commercial warranty.

Where national consumer law provides rights or protection beyond the terms described on this page, those mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
